The Academic Council is the Principal Academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of the University Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances, have the control and regulations of, and be responsible for, the maintenance of standards of instructions, education, research and examination within the University. The Academic Council of the University has following composition:-
