Currently serving as an Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resource Management and Organization Behaviour at the Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), India, Dr. Verma’s journey to this esteemed position is marked by an impressive array of accomplishments and a sterling academic record.
