Updated on July 2021. In IGDTUW since July 2002 till date. Idealistic, simple and conscientious person. A person who commits mistake by mistake, in haste, or in ignorance and readily apologizes for her mistake. National faculty award in July 2019. Amongst 8 students in BITS Pilani from all over India. Topper of Ph.D. entrance exam of USET (now USICT) of GGSIPU, Dwarka, New Delhi-India, held on 24January2010.Chosen in Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bombay for Research work during graduation. Very low selection rate at national level. Ph.D. ECE, researched at 22nm high-K metal Gate strained silicon model circuits and others. Worked in world’s top US/ Europian semiconductor/I.C. design MNCs in India and abroad for few years as Integrated circuit design engineer, before joining academics. Offered Ph.D.(Engineering) with fellowship by University of West of England, U.K. in 2002 and declined by me. Got USA-semiconductor MNC Freescale’s project approved by it’s Austin headquarter in 2010 (communicated by email), without Ph.D after Freescale got the consent of various stakeholders. Gave the detailed –step wise solution on the research problem given by them. Later dropped this due to teething issues. Normally professors can achieve this with thorough knowledge in I.C.Design. Got 100% placements with multiple job offers, as TnP coordinator of ECE deptt., in 2009-10. Had 28 companies for placement for the first time against just 5-6 companies in the past in present university. Got the wriiten comment dynamic person’ from Hon’ble VC in the appraisal duly signed by her. 38 publications in international and national journals with including 19 scopus indexed journals. Several presentations in national and international conferences. Learnt Kathak from classical dancer Uma Sharma in school days for a brief period. Met late PM Indira Gandhi at her residence after winning drawing competition during school days. Won 65 international, national and state level prizes in painting, debate, speech, dance, drama, poem writing and sports competitions in school and college days. Covered by magazine and interviewed on T.V during school days. |
