| Content : | The students of 1st YearB.Archparticipated in a one day workshop for understanding clay as a material for three dimensional expression as part of their Architectural Graphics Design course. The Delhi Blue Pottery Trust studios organised a three day event in Triveni Kala academi, Delhi where in instructors were giving hands on lesson using Clay in Sculpture, Jewellery and Pottery. The instructors were equipped with wheels, kilns, - both gas and woodfired and other materials such as clay, glazes etc.Students could learn techniques likethrowing; making lids, wares and handles, slab work, bisque firing, glazing, and glaze firing. The event also had exhibits of various clay works from all parts of India which gave students a nice exposure and awareness.31 students and two faculty members Ar.Sneha Maji and Ar.Aditi Kundu participated in the daylong event. | ||
